Ba Guan (Cupping) Therapy
Ba Guan Cupping is a form of traditional Chinese medicine. It's done by placing cups on the skin over certain areas of the body and creating a vacuum to increase blood flow and circulation. The suction is typically created using heat or fire and then released, which helps to stimulate the body's natural healing process. Ba Guan Cupping can also help stimulate digestion and improve the removal of waste from the body, detoxifying the body to shed excess weight.
What is Ba Guan Therapy?
Ba Guan Cupping is a healing practice that has been used for over 3,000 years. It is the process of placing heated glass cups over the skin and creating a vacuum to create suction. The vacuum created by a cup attached to the skin anchors it while pulling it upwards, drawing out toxins through the pores of your skin. This process can help achieve balance in your qi and circulation by breaking up obstruction and stimulating blood flow. This therapy is often used to relieve neck, shoulder tightness and backaches.
